Project Overview

MROOF completed this project in Guelph for a Filipino family. The house had shingles from 2005 that were damaged and blown off by strong winds. After the inspection, we started our project within two weeks. The homeowners chose a chocolate brown color that matches their brick. As a result, the homeowners received a durable and stylish metal roof that is perfect for the location’s area.

Installation Process

Stage 2: Double Wood Strapping

Double wood strapping was installed to create a strong and ventilated base. This ensures proper support for the metal roofing system.

Stage 1: Roof Inspection

We inspected the old shingles and checked the roof structure. This helped us plan the replacement and prepare for the installation.

Stage 3: Metal Panels Installation

Metal panels were installed across the entire roof surface. This provides full protection and long-term durability.

Stage 4: Finishing Details

We installed starter flashing, valleys, and ridge caps to complete the system. These details ensure proper sealing and a clean, finished look.

Results
