Project Overview

We stayed in contact with the homeowner for over a year before the project began. In the end, MROOF installed a reliable metal roof, and the homeowner was very happy with the result.

Project Challenges

The main challenge the MROOF team had was timing. After the framing was finished, the roof plywood was exposed to rain and snow. We had to arrive quickly and install the waterproofing membrane to protect the house. Another difficulty was the long travel time. Our team had to drive about four hours every day to reach the job site.

Installation Process

Stage 2: Roof Preparation

The framing was completed and plywood was installed on the roof. Our team arrived as soon as possible to start the work. The plywood was exposed to weather, so we prepared the roof for waterproofing.

Stage 1: Project Planning

We stayed in contact with the homeowner for more than a year. The homeowner sent us the house drawings. We used them to make the roof calculations.

Stage 3: Waterproofing Membrane

The plywood was exposed to weather. We installed a waterproofing membrane to protect the roof base.

Stage 4: Result

The roof base was protected and ready for the roofing system. The homeowner was very happy with the final result and left a review.

Results

The new base of the roof was fully protected with a waterproof membrane. This would provide a solid base for a roofing system. The project was completed successfully and within time. The homeowner was very happy with the project.
